The carpool sign-up and dietary restrictions form are resources that help organize chorus members for the RHYTHM assembly.
The carpool sign-up is given to singers (they all are given editing access) so they can coordinate rides to and from the school. This ensures that any singer who wants to participate that doesn't have a vehicle can still participate.
Additionally, we provide lunch to the singers and students immediately following the assembly, so the dietary restrictions form allows me to know any accommodations I need to make to be sure everyone has something to eat at the lunch.
