New for Ensembles at Festival 2024
A cappella guru and coach, Deke Sharon, is on deck as a private coach for GALA member ensembles. Singers are invited to arrive a day early and enjoy a full day of coaching with Deke before Festival begins on the evening of July 10.Ensemble performances occur on opening day of Festival and in late night evening sets. A special Ensemble Stage is planned for Ballroom A in the Minneapolis Convention Center, with a capacity of 2,000 audience members.Ensembles also have the opportunity to sign up for Additional Performance Opportunities including the Outdoor Stage at Peavey Plaza, downtown Minneapolis performances, Sacred Stages, Festival Choral Carnival, and evening Blockbuster concerts.
