Get the Symposium 2027 Early Bird Discount—Register by Sept. 30
Don't miss the early registration discount for the 2027 Leadership Symposium in Austin, TX on February 25–28! After September 30, the prices will increase for all registrants, including those using the senior/disabled discount. If you started registration, make sure to pay in full or start a payment plan* by September 30 to lock in the discounted rate.

Designers—Submit Your GALA Festival Branding Proposal by Oct. 1
We're looking for a branding professional to partner with us to create a new logo and brand guide for GALA Festival 2028 and beyond. The full scope of work and submission details are provided in our RFP—proposals are due no later than October 1. Please share this opportunity with anyone who has design experience, a visionary mindset, and a love for LGBTQIA+ arts!

Payment Plans Now Available For All Event Registrations!
You can now choose whether to pay in full or create a payment plan for your Leadership Symposium and GALA Festival delegate registration. When you add a registration to your cart on Integra, you can split your purchase into a maximum of 6 payment installments.
- Selecting "1" payment means you are choosing to pay for your purchase in full. If you select 2 or more payments, the first payment will be due the same day that you create the plan.
- To lock in your early registration rate without paying in full, you must select a payment plan and make the first payment no later than Sept. 30!
- All payment plans must be paid by card. You can choose to automate payments, or manually pay each invoice (a reminder email will be sent 3 days before each installment's due date).
- Payment deadlines will be at least a month apart and will be split evenly between the plan's start date and the event's set final payment date, which will be the due date for your last payment. This means, for example, that if you start your payment plan 4 months before the event's final payment date, you cannot split your purchase into more than 4 installments.
- Payment plans are not available for late registrations.
