Every three years GALA Choruses surveys the compensation practices of its member choruses to provide information for the use of the membership in determining the average compensation paid by like-size choruses. All information disclosed is by chorus type and size – no individual chorus information is made available.

A survey was completed in early 2008 and we received responses from 39 of our member choruses. If you are interested in receiving data on salary levels for choruses of a similar size and metropolitan area to yours please email info@galachoruses.org. The data provided will include the number of comparable choruses, the range and the average. No individual choruses data will be disclosed.
