2009 Managers & Director's Retreat Hotel Information
The retreat will be held at the Holiday Inn San Antonio – Riverwalk at 217 N. Mary’s Street in San Antonio. The room rate is $119 plus local and state taxes, currently 16.75%. To make reservations call 210-224-2500 and ask for the GALA Choruses group. Reservations received after December 31, 2008 will be provided on a space available basis at the hotel’s current rate.
Valet parking is available at $20.00/day and self-parking at $14.00/day. Parking charges include in and out privileges for registered guests.
The hotel has a grab & go café with juice, fruit, baked goods, sandwiches, salads, ice cream and drinks providing quick and reasonably priced alternatives to a full restaurant meal.
The onsite health and fitness center includes universal machines, treadmill, free weights, climber and exercise bike and is open from 5:30 AM to 11:00 PM. An outdoor pool and whirlpool are also available.
There is free wireless internet access in all rooms.
