HOTEL INFORMATION
The annual leadership conference will be held at the Warwick Melrose Hotel at 3015 Oak Lawn Avenue in Dallas. The Warwick-Melrose Hotel is a luxury Four-Diamond AAA awarded property built in 1924. The room rate is $105 per night plus tax for a Classic room with one king size bed or two double beds. To reserve your room either:

Click the "Online Reservations" link on the left hand side and simply enter your arrival and departure dates and then in the Rate Code box enter the code GALACH and click search. On the next page choose which room type you would like and on the next page simply fill in the reservation information to reserve your room. You will automatically receive a confirmation letter for your stay and you can view, amend or cancel your reservation online.
- If you are not comfortable with making your reservation online, please feel free to call the hotel at 1-800-521-7172, 24 hours a day seven days a week, and one of the reservationists will be happy to make your reservation for you. Please be sure to mention that you are with the GALA Choruses.
