Hotel Accommodations

The official hotel for the 2007 Annual Conference is the Denver Renaissance Hotel at 3801 Quebec St., Denver, Colorado 80207. We have secured a rate of $99 for single or double occupancy and $109 for triple or quadruple occupancy. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-228-9290 and asking for the GALA Choruses room block. The hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the Denver International Airport as well as free onsite parking for those who choose to rent cars or drive to the conference.

Air Travel

American Airlines is an official sponsor of GALA Choruses. To receive discounted rates on air travel with American Airlines go to www.aa.com to make your reservation and be sure to use the following code A07H7AD. You can also make a discounted reservation by calling 800-433-1790 and providing the discount code. Please note that there is a service charge of $10 to make the reservation by phone.

Rental Cars

We have also arranged for discounted car rentals through Avis. With great discounts and the highest levels of service, there’s never been a better reason to rent with Avis!
